Villa Friedenberg

The three-story neoclassical building extends 40 meters in length with two lateral wings housing granaries and a long barchessa leading to a portal.

Built in the 18th century, the villa became a temporary holding facility for Jewish deportees during World War II before their transport to concentration camps.

Names etched on the villa walls remain as final testimonies of Jewish prisoners who passed through this location during the Holocaust period.

The property encompasses 28,000 square meters of land with 4,000 square meters of interior space suitable for restoration into various facilities.

Two ancient magnolia trees stand in the entrance garden, while the back opens to a 3-hectare park with ponds and gentle hills.
