Palazzo Pesaro Orfei, Gothic palace in San Marco district, Venice, Italy.

The palace stretches along Campo San Beneto and Rio di Ca' Michiel, featuring two distinct facades with ornate stone decorations and pointed arches.

Benedetto Pesaro, a Venetian navy commander, ordered the construction of this residence between 1460 and 1480, establishing it as his family home.

After 1898, Spanish artist Mariano Fortuny transformed sections of the building into textile workshops for creating silk garments and printed fabrics.

The palazzo opens Tuesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM, with guided tours available in multiple languages upon advance reservation.

The building contains original printing machines and textile equipment from Fortuny's workshop, demonstrating early 20th-century production methods.
