The initial mention of ecclesia Rochaguidonis dates to 1345, when it belonged to the parish of Cuneo within the Diocese of Asti.
The central nave displays late nineteenth-century decorations created by local painter Giovanni Battista Arnaud, representing regional artistic traditions.
Located in Piazza San Magno, the church maintains daily opening hours and offers street-level access from the SP108 provincial road.
The church houses a baptistery from 1564 with nineteenth-century stucco decorations and a seventeenth-century altarpiece depicting the Visitation of Virgin Mary.
