Useldange Castle, Medieval castle in Useldange, Luxembourg.

The castle stands on a central hill with a 25-meter-tall keep and circular towers overlooking the River Attert in western Luxembourg.

The original structure dates from 1100 when Theobald of Useldange and his wife Azeka established the first lordship of the territory.

The castle incorporates a UNESCO-sponsored trail with sixteen stations presenting local culture, wildlife, and a garden with regional herbs.

Visitors can access the castle grounds every day from 8:00 to 19:00, and the site includes adaptations for people with reduced mobility.

After purchasing the ruins in 1924, American immigrant Emma Kuhn transformed parts of the medieval structure into the current town hall building.
