St. Albert's Church, Riga

The building measures 50 meters in width and 24 meters in length, featuring three naves constructed in the French Baroque architectural style.

The foundation stone was placed in 1901 after priest Francis Afanasovics proposed building a new Catholic church due to population growth in Riga.

The church holds religious services and community events, with capacity for 2,500 people, making it the largest Catholic church in Latvia.

Visitors can find the church at 38 Liepāja Street, accessible through public transportation from central Riga with regular services throughout the week.

The pipe organ, installed in 1912 by Emil Martin & Co, contains 30 stops and remains a central feature of the church interior.
