Large Guild

The Large Guild sits on Amatu Street and displays English Gothic style with high pointed arches and carved stone details on its facade. Inside, multiple rooms include a medieval Minster Room and an ornate Bride's Chamber designed for events and formal gatherings.

German merchants established this guild in 1353 when the city's Order master granted them the building as their headquarters. Over centuries, the structure was modified and updated to serve the changing needs of the merchant community and public events.
