The Koornbeurs stands at Voldersgracht 1 with stone walls, classical architecture elements, and a central position near the canals of Delft.
Built in the 17th century to replace a wooden structure, architect Hendrik Swaef designed this building following Dutch Classicist principles for grain trading.
The building transformed into a social center, housing over 235 members who participate in activities ranging from music performances to community gatherings.
The venue operates as a cafe Monday through Saturday, with varying hours, offering different beers on tap, tea selections, and regular musical events.
The tea loft contains 42 varieties of tea, while the cellar hosts monthly jam sessions where musicians bring their instruments to perform together.
