Hervormde kerk, Reformed church in Kropswolde, Netherlands
The hall church stands on elevated ground in the cemetery, featuring a tower with four sections and a balustrade supported by curved pilasters.
Lay brothers from the Cistercian monastery of Yesse built a chapel in the 12th century, which became a parish church in the mid-14th century.
The church contains notable gravestones of Reverend Hermannus van Ittersum from 1826 and the founders of the former Schaffershof manor in Kropswolde.
The building, managed by the Old Groninger Churches Foundation since 2005, maintains regular services and community gatherings at Woldweg 115.
The 85-centimeter diameter bell, cast in 1888 by Van Bergen brothers in Midwolda, replaced a cracked predecessor through remelting.
