Raadhuis Usquert, Town hall in Usquert, Netherlands.
The brick building features a slender tower, rectangular steel windows, and decorative patterns made with different types of bricks topped with gray-blue tiles.
Constructed between 1928 and 1930, the town hall was designed by architect H.P. Berlage with E.E. Strasser as project manager and B. Jager as executing architect.
The interior contains ceramic tiles, stained glass windows, and wood paneling that demonstrate the Dutch architectural traditions of the early twentieth century.
The ground floor includes an entrance area with a reception desk and municipal offices, while the upper floor houses the council chamber with public gallery.
A tile tableau created by Berlage's daughter, A.C. Strasser-Berlage, commemorates the building's inauguration on January 27, 1930.
