The building, known locally as Huize Swaensteyn, functions as the central administrative hub for the merged municipalities of Leidschendam and Voorburg since 2002.
Located at Koningin Wilhelminalaan 2, the town hall provides administrative services, including passport applications, driving licenses, and marriage ceremonies for local residents.
The entrance features a balcony with decorative balustrades and a glazed tile displaying the year 1940, along with municipal coats of arms.
