Oosterbeek, Historic estate and Rijksmonument complex in Wassenaar, Netherlands.

The 50-acre parkland features a central pond with an island, serpentine paths, and diverse mature trees including tulip trees and swamp cypress.

Jonathan van Luchtenburch acquired the land in 1629, replacing a farmhouse with a moated mansion and geometric gardens by 1659.

Landscape architects J.D. Zocher Sr. and Jr. transformed the estate into an English landscape park between 1791 and 1854.

The Municipality of The Hague maintains the estate since 1953, providing public access to the grounds through multiple entry points.

Film producer Loet Barnstijn established two film studios on the estate in 1935, which were later used for German propaganda during World War II.
