Marie Tak van Poortvliet Museum

The Marie Tak van Poortvliet Museum houses contemporary art exhibitions from Zeeland artists and maintains a tourist information desk in its central location.

Founded in honor of Marie Tak van Poortvliet, who collected over 120 artworks by 1920 and supported numerous artists during her lifetime in Domburg.

The museum presents biannual exhibitions featuring works from European art colonies of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

Located at Ooststraat 10a, the museum opens daily from 10:00 to 17:00 and provides maps, routes, tours, and brochures at the information desk.

The museum preserves the legacy of Marie Tak van Poortvliet, who translated Rudolf Steiner's works and established the Netherlands Anthroposophical Society.
