Cho La, Mountain pass in Nepal
Cho La is a high altitude pass in the Solukhumbu District of Nepal.
Used by locals and adventurers, it connects the village of Dzongla to the east and the village of Thagnak to the west.
The pass is an integral part of the Everest Base Camp trekking route.
Crossing Cho La requires good weather conditions and may involve glacier travel.
At around 5,420 meters, the pass offers breathtaking views of Himalayan peaks.
