Angeles

Angeles City is a highly urbanized city in Pampanga province spanning several neighborhoods and administrative districts across Central Luzon. The city functions as a major commercial hub and transportation center that serves the surrounding region.

The settlement began in 1796 when a Spanish official established a village that later became a municipality in 1829. The town grew as a trade center and developed into one of the major cities in the region.
