Regina Building, Historic office building in Escolta Street, Binondo, Philippines

The Regina Building stands on Escolta Street with a four-story structure featuring beaux-arts design at the corner of Calle David. The facade retains its elegant proportions and architectural character from its original construction period.

The building was constructed in 1915 and reflects Binondo's growth as a commercial center during the early republic. The de Leon family later acquired ownership and shaped the building's role in local trade.

The building shows how European business styles merged with local trading customs in the early 1900s. Its spaces reflect how the city brought together international merchants and Chinese traders under one roof during that era.

The building sits at a central location in Binondo and is easy to reach from Escolta Street. The surrounding area has many shops and businesses, making it a practical spot for a quick visit.

The building once housed the headquarters of the Madrigal Steamship Company, which connected Manila to major shipping lines. Senator Vicente Madrigal maintained an office here for his operations and staff.
