The St. Vincent Ferrer Statue rises 50.23 meters into the sky, constructed with 60 tons of engineered bamboo panels covering a steel framework.
Unveiled in April 2019, the statue commemorates the 400th anniversary of Saint Vincent Parish Church and the 405th founding anniversary of Bayambang.
The monument represents Saint Vincent Ferrer, featuring detailed craftsmanship with 5,000 polygons and 22,626 bamboo panels depicting the Catholic patron saint.
The structure maintains stability through a 7.5-meter deep foundation and 600 tons of steel reinforcement, designed to endure extreme weather conditions.
Construction of this record-holding sculpture required 608 workers, 768.99 cubic meters of cement, and ten months to complete without any accidents.
