Rezerwat przyrody Bukowa Góra, Nature reserve in Bobrowniki, Poland
The Bukowa Góra Nature Reserve spans 29.18 hectares of forested land with steep slopes covered in beech and larch trees intersected by ravines.
The reserve, established on November 30, 1954, through a decree of the Minister of Forestry, stands as the oldest protected natural area in the former Zielona Góra province.
The reserve belongs to two Natura 2000 network areas: the Nowosolska Odra Valley habitat and the Middle Odra Valley bird sanctuary, representing regional ecological heritage.
Located in Lubuskie Province near Otyń municipality, the reserve features observation points overlooking the old riverbed where Śląska Ochla flows into the Odra River.
The protected area contains natural forest stands growing on steep slopes along the Odra Valley edge, with soil composition ranging from slightly loamy to sandy.
