Sosna Rzepicha is a Scots pine in Gmina Sulechów that grows to about 30 meters tall and consists of five separate trunks emerging from a single base. This multi-stemmed growth pattern makes it a botanical oddity in the region.
The tree received protected monument status in 1996 and is now subject to official conservation regulations. Its age is estimated at around 150 years, reflecting a long history rooted in the forest district.
The tree serves as an educational site where forest management organizations conduct nature programs and environmental awareness activities for local communities.
The tree stands on the right bank of the Oder River west of Cigacic in a forest area accessible on foot. Wear sturdy shoes and visit during good daylight for the best experience.
This pine holds the record as the thickest specimen of its species ever registered in Poland. Its exceptional trunk girth makes it an object of interest for foresters and nature observers.
