Town Hall Tower in Strzelin

The Tower of the former town hall in Strzelin is a Gothic structure with thick granite foundations rising above the central market square, featuring Renaissance elements in its upper sections. The rectangular form displays evidence of multiple construction phases and repairs spanning different periods.

The structure was constructed in the first half of the 14th century and experienced a turbulent past marked by several fires that prompted reconstructions and reinforcements. These rebuilding processes shaped its current form and demonstrate the building's durability across the centuries.
