Sanktuarium Matki Bożej Loretańskiej, Catholic pilgrimage church in Loretto, Poland.
The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Loreto stands in a forested area, featuring a stone statue of the Virgin Mary and multiple prayer spaces throughout the complex.
The construction of the sanctuary began in 1952 and concluded in 1959, with official consecration taking place in 1984 under the guidance of religious authorities.
The sanctuary hosts regular spiritual retreats, prayer sessions, and yearly celebrations, with a major feast occurring every September 8 to honor the Virgin Mary.
Visitors can participate in guided prayer sessions following Sunday Mass on the first Sunday of each month at 4:00 PM in the main chapel.
During World War II, the sanctuary premises served as a secret hospital for the Polish Home Army, demonstrating its role beyond religious significance.
