Collegiate church in Dobre Miasto, Gothic minor basilica in Dobre Miasto, Poland.
The Collegiate church is a three-nave brick basilica with seven bays arranged in a hall format. The structure forms part of a larger complex with three wings that enclose a courtyard, creating an integrated architectural ensemble.
Construction began in the late 14th century and the church was consecrated at the end of that same century. The tower was completed in the 16th century, concluding the main building campaign.
The interior contains preserved Gothic choir stalls from 1396 and a Baroque main altar created in 1747 under Bishop Adam Grabowski's patronage.
The church is the main focal point of a larger complex that can be viewed from multiple approaches. The arrangement of wings around the central courtyard makes it easy to see the building from different angles.
The eastern facade displays detailed tracery paintings and a stepped gable that stand out for their craftsmanship. The southern wall is noticeably thicker than others, creating a striking contrast with the regularly spaced buttresses found on the north side.
