Góra Gnojna is a scenic viewpoint in Warsaw's Old Town that overlooks the Vistula River and the eastern districts from an elevated position. The raised location offers open views across the river valley and the neighborhoods that stretch to the east.
From the medieval period until 1844, this hill collected waste and refuse from the city, which shaped its name. After that time, the site was redeveloped and given a new role within the city.
