The stone church structure features three distinct portals, with the main entrance displaying an ornate decoration and semicircular archivolt on the western side.
The religious building dates from 1300 and served as a Lutheran church between 1552 and 1654 before becoming a cemetery church in 1713.
Medieval polychromes discovered in the 1970s include the Tree of Life, animal figures, and scenes from the lives of Saint Catherine and Saint Christopher.
The church opens from April through September, Monday to Thursday 10:00-16:00 and Friday to Sunday 10:00-18:00, with tickets priced at 5 PLN.
Twelve Renaissance stone epitaphs within the chapel honor local families including von Hoberg, von Zedlitz, and von Nimptsch.
