The church features sloping walls, a saddle-shaped roof, and an eighteenth-century porch that enhances the overall architectural composition of the structure.

Built between 1538 and 1549 through the funding of Seweryn Boner, the church served as a parish center until October 6, 1907.

The interior contains a sixteenth-century stone baptismal font and a Rococo pulpit shaped like the boat of Saint Peter.
