Saint Andrew church in Osiek

Saint Andrew church in Osiek is a wooden structure with sloping walls, a saddle-shaped roof, and an eighteenth-century porch that shapes its overall form. The building displays the timber carpentry typical of the region's traditional construction methods.

Construction of the church began in 1538 and finished in 1549 under the financial support of Seweryn Boner. In 1907 it stopped serving as a parish church, ending its role as a religious center for the community.

Inside the church sits a stone baptismal font from the sixteenth century and a Rococo pulpit shaped like the boat of Saint Peter. These furnishings show the religious artistry that was valued in this place of worship.
