The wooden molenna features a single tower with a two-story structure crowned by a tent roof and an onion-shaped dome at Sejneńska 37a.
The construction of the molenna began in 1910 and concluded in 1912, becoming the largest Old Believer temple in Poland.
The molenna represents the religious traditions of Old Believers, who separated from the Russian Orthodox Church during liturgical reforms in the 17th century.
The building, registered as a protected monument since May 11, 1980, under number 71, requires renovation and may transition to exhibition purposes.
The structure incorporates a porch entrance, a tin roof with a turret, and specific architectural elements that reflect traditional wooden construction methods.
