Kościuszko-Park, Historic park in Radom, Poland
Kosciuszko Park is a green space in central Radom with granite pathways and seating areas for rest. The park connects different parts of the city through lined avenues and includes a café building and a concert shell for events.
The park was created between 1866 and 1867 under governor Dymitrij Anuczin. It received its current name in 1916 as a tribute to Polish military engineer Tadeusz Kosciuszko.
The park honors Tadeusz Kosciuszko, a Polish military engineer, and displays monuments to other important national figures through statues and plaques. These memorials reflect how the space serves as a place where visitors connect with Polish history and heritage.
