The rectangular palace presents five-axis long elevations and three-axis side elevations, decorated with floral motifs between brackets and detailed cornices.
Wilhelm Brass, a Moravian industrialist, commissioned this palace in 1897 for his family's residence, although he never inhabited it due to his death.
The palace exemplifies the late 19th-century industrial prosperity in Częstochowa through its connection to the Brass family's textile dyeing enterprise.
The building underwent multiple transformations, serving as a police station from 1945 to 2010, and now requires substantial renovation work.
A decorative plaque with floral motifs above an external window on the staircase displays the construction date of 1897.
