Willa "Julia" w Otwocku, Neo-Gothic villa in Otwock, Poland.
The red brick building features vertical tower elements, terraces, and architectural details characteristic of the late 19th-century residential construction.
Built before 1890 for Jankowski, the villa changed ownership to Warsaw entrepreneur Maurycy Karstens in 1893, who expanded the structure significantly.
The building served various functions through time, from a health facility with mineral water stations to a post-telegraph office in the 1920s.
The villa, currently under conservation protection, requires extensive renovation work to preserve its architectural elements and structural integrity.
The building contained a hydrotherapy center and inhalation facility established by Alexander Kowalski in 1905, serving the local medical community.
