Leśniczówka Park in Radom, Urban park in central Radom, Poland.
Leśniczówka Park is a 7.5-hectare green space in central Radom with the Potok Północny stream flowing through its grounds. Multiple pedestrian bridges cross the water and connect different parts of the park to one another.
The park was established between 1962 and 1965, replacing a former workers' settlement that belonged to the Radom Directorate of State Forests. This transformation shows how the site changed from a residential area to a public recreation space.
The main avenue honors the Underground Teachers' Organization, connecting two streets through natural surroundings. This naming reflects the area's connection to resistance and education during difficult historical periods.
The park features children's playgrounds, outdoor exercise equipment, a sledding hill for winter activities, and a skate park. Visitors should note that the stream can swell during heavy rain and may restrict access to certain areas.
The park's trees come from an old forest nursery and include native species like white willows, lindens, and elms. These are complemented by introduced plane trees that give the park a mixed botanical character.
