The Art Nouveau residence displays a collection of 3,000 pieces, including paintings, Chinese porcelain, and European furniture from the 19th century.
The building, designed by architect Manuel Joaquim Norte Júnior in 1904, received the Valmor Architecture Award in 1905 for its architectural excellence.
The museum contains numerous paintings by Portuguese naturalist artists of the 19th century alongside Ming and Qing dynasty Chinese porcelain collections.
Located near Picoas metro station on the yellow line, the museum charges 5 euros for admission and operates from Tuesday through Sunday.
The residence features a butterfly-shaped gate and intricate stained-glass windows that demonstrate the detailed craftsmanship of Art Nouveau architecture.
