Roman Catholic church of the Holy Trinity in Gura Humorului

The Roman Catholic Church of the Holy Trinity features a cruciform layout extending 33 meters in length with a central nave measuring 10 meters wide.

Construction of the church began in 1806 and concluded in 1811, with official consecration taking place on June 17, 1826 by Archbishop Andreas Alois Ankwicz.

The church maintains religious services for 833 parishioners across multiple localities, including Ostra, Păltinoasa, and Valea Moldovei, continuing centuries-old Catholic traditions in Romania.

Located at 10 Bucovina Boulevard in the center of Gura Humorului, the church stands 30 meters tall and contains an interior height of 8 meters.

Despite a devastating fire in 1899 that destroyed much of the town and church building, a memorial cross remained completely intact through the flames.
