Armenian Cathedral, Bucharest, Armenian Cathedral on Carol I Boulevard in Bucharest, Romania.

The Armenian Cathedral is a church on Carol I Boulevard featuring a distinctive dome and detailed stonework across its facade. Inside, religious artwork and decorative elements reflect Armenian Christian traditions and design practices.

The building was constructed between 1911 and 1915 as a manifestation of Armenian religious presence in Bucharest. It was designed by architects Dimitrie Maimarolu and Grigore Cerchez and marked an important milestone for the Armenian community in the city.

The cathedral complex includes a library containing numerous historical documents, a diocesan museum, and a cultural center for the Armenian community.

The cathedral is open for religious services, and visitors can move through the interior at a leisurely pace. If you wish to visit the library or museum, check access conditions and opening times beforehand.
