Stubenberg Palace in Săcueni is a baroque residence with classical revival features, displaying a symmetrical facade and formal entrance along Irinyi János Street. The structure reflects 18th century design with subsequent modifications that updated its appearance in the early 20th century.

The residence was built in 1768 and underwent significant reconstruction in 1906. It passed through several hands before the Stubenberg family acquired it, eventually becoming an educational facility for much of the 20th century.

The shift from aristocratic residence to public institution remains part of the local memory, as many community members attended school within these walls. The building holds personal significance for generations of the area, marking an important chapter in their everyday lives.

Entry requires advance registration and guided tours last roughly 45 minutes, so plan accordingly before visiting. Parking is available in the courtyard area, making vehicle access straightforward.

The interior houses a preserved three-branch ice cellar from the 1700s, a rare feature that reveals how cold was stored before modern refrigeration. Original wrought iron chandeliers and railings from that period still ornament the rooms today.
