Vyazniki

Vyazniki is a historical city in Vladimir Oblast situated in a hilly landscape, with buildings and monuments spanning several centuries of Russian architectural evolution. The townscape reflects its past as an industrial center, where older structures stand alongside residential areas developed over generations.

The settlement began as a trade route center in the 12th century before becoming an industrial hub when Maltsov's glass factory opened in the 19th century. This industrial shift brought workers to the area and changed how the town was organized and built.
