The mansion was built in 1908 as a wedding gift from chemical industrialist Alexei Ushkov to his wife Zinaida before becoming the National Library in 1919.
Each room within the mansion features distinct design themes, from Medieval Gothic chambers to Renaissance halls with gilded dragons and bronze ornaments.
The building welcomes visitors through guided tours lasting 40 minutes, with entrance fees of 200 rubles per person, accessible from Tukaya metro station.
The winter garden contains a stone grotto with natural light filtering through stained glass windows, creating patterns across the marble floor.
