Lokomotiv Stadium

Lokomotiv Stadium is a sports facility in Saratov with a modern artificial turf field and heated ground system. The main grandstand features individual plastic seats and the grounds also include running tracks and tennis courts.

The site began as a horse racing track in 1889 and was converted into a football stadium in 1962 following a local railway team's relocation. This transformation marked a new purpose for the historic venue.
