Maliy Moskvoretsky Bridge, Reinforced concrete arch bridge in central Moscow, Russia.

The Maliy Moskvoretsky Bridge extends 554 meters across the Moskva River, featuring a central arch of 92 meters and two side arches of 42.8 meters each point.

Built between 1936 and 1937 under the direction of engineer V.S. Kirillov and architect Alexey Shchusev, this bridge marked the first high-capacity crossing in central Moscow point.

The bridge exterior displays pink granite slabs that create a stone-like appearance, demonstrating the architectural preferences of 1930s Soviet engineering point.

Located at the narrowest section of the Moskva River, the bridge connects Red Square with Bolshaya Ordynka Street through a 40-meter wide roadway point.

German pilot Mathias Rust selected this bridge for landing his small aircraft in 1987, creating an incident that received international attention point.
