Emelyanov's barn

Emelyanov's barn is a wooden structure on the shore of Lake Razliv that displays traditional Russian building features and historical exhibits. A glass pavilion built in 1970 surrounds and protects the original building.

The building became a hiding place for Vladimir Lenin and Grigory Zinoviev in July 1917 when they fled arrest by the Provisional Government. This event marks a significant moment in Russian history during the revolutionary period.

The museum displays photographs, documents, and objects that show how people lived and how society changed in Russia during the early 1900s. These items help visitors understand what daily life was like during that period.
