The Presentation of the Lord Church features red brick walls, classical columns, and a tent-shaped bell tower in the Zaostrovie church complex.
The construction of this stone temple started in 1808, replacing earlier wooden structures, and took 70 years to complete, finalizing in 1878.
The temple contains six altars across two floors, including the main Presentation altar and chapels dedicated to Saint Nicholas, Saints Peter and Paul.
Located in Rikasovo village within the Primorsky District, the temple stands 4 kilometers from Arkhangelsk and maintains regular religious services.
This temple belongs to a select group of 200 Russian Orthodox churches that remained continuously open throughout the Soviet period.
