The church organizes regular religious services, educational programs, and pilgrimages through its TOVIA service in collaboration with the Russian Geographical Society.
The church houses a 20th-century copy of the Rudnenskaya Mother of God icon, replacing the original sacred image that was destroyed in 1936.
