White Gardens is an office complex in Moscow comprising two connected buildings that rise to different heights and provide approximately 63,000 square meters of workspace. The complex sits near Belorussky Station and features modern office areas with private terraces on select floors linked by a covered arcade passage.
This complex opened in 2013 as the second phase of the White District project, following the earlier completion of White Square Office Center in 2009. The development was part of a broader revitalization effort in the area surrounding Belorussky Station.
The office center incorporates modern architectural elements with an arcade connecting the two main structures and private terraces on select office floors.
The complex provides five underground parking levels with 960 spaces and direct access to Belorusskaya Metro Station for transportation connections. Visitors and commuters can easily reach different parts of the city from this central location.
The complex received recognition at the Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards 2014 for its architectural design and operational standards. This award highlights the quality of execution and thoughtful approach to the building's overall design.
