Memorial Museum-Reserve of Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov

The Memorial Museum-Reserve is a manor house in Pskov Oblast where composer Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov spent his final years and created many of his works. The rooms display his personal possessions, musical scores, and instruments arranged as they were during his lifetime.

The house served as a private residence before being converted into a museum in 1995 to preserve the legacy of the renowned composer. A fire in 2022 caused substantial damage to the collection, though emergency crews managed to save important artifacts and pieces.
