The Memorial Museum of A. K. Tolstoy spans across ten exhibition halls within a preserved estate, surrounded by ancient lime tree alleys and gardens.
The estate became the preferred residence of writer Alexey Tolstoy after departing from civil service, where he created historical ballads and notable dramas.
The museum exhibits contain authentic furniture, manuscripts, family portraits, engravings of European cities, and medallions crafted by F. P. Tolstoy.

The Annual All-Russian Poetry Festival 'Silver Lyre' takes place at the estate during September, continuing a forty-year tradition of literary celebration.
