Neskuchnoye estate, Historical estate in Yakimanka District, Russia
The estate stretches along the right bank of Moscow River, featuring classical architecture with numerous pavilions, gardens, and courtyards.
In 1728, Prince Nikita Trubetskoy purchased the property from the Zaikonospassky Monastery, establishing the foundation for the future Neskuchnoye estate.
The estate contains several architectural monuments, including the Hunting Lodge and Bath House, which represent Russian aristocratic heritage of the 18th century.
The estate now functions as part of Gorky Park, offering tennis courts, walking paths, and regular cultural events throughout the year.
The estate housed Russia's first artificial mineral water facility in 1825, when Prince Shakhovskoy attempted to establish a health resort.
