Lenin Street 47

Lenin Street 47 is a three-story office building with an ornate facade, tall windows, and decorative details from the early 1900s. The exterior shows skilled craftsmanship of that era and continues to define the character of the street today.

The building was completed in 1914 under architect Konstantin Chakin's design and marks a period of architectural flourishing in pre-revolutionary Tyumen. It shows how Russia adopted modern European styles and blended them into local practice.
