The Zelenkova Revenue House stands as a three-story brick structure with a T-shaped layout, featuring a symmetrical main facade adorned with ionic columns and pilasters.
Built in 1906 as architect Fyodor Livchak's first project in Simbirsk, the building initially contained stores on the ground floor and four rental apartments on upper levels.
The building's facade displays a merchant family crest with two Caduceus figures, reflecting the commercial heritage of early 20th century Simbirsk society.
The structure currently houses the Press House administration and various shops, maintaining its original purpose as a commercial and residential complex.
Between 1911 and 1912, the building served as headquarters for the Simbirskaya Zhizn newspaper and the Rabotnik printing house.
