Husbybadet

Husbybadet is an indoor aquatic facility in Husby featuring multiple water slides, a wild boar themed play area, and a cave stream across different depth zones. The various sections are designed to accommodate swimmers of all abilities, from very shallow to deeper areas.

The facility was built by the municipality and later modernized several times to expand services for the northern Stockholm suburban community. These developments reflect growing demand for recreation and sports amenities in the region.

The water is heated to around 29 degrees Celsius and pool depths range from very shallow to about 1.4 meters. This allows visitors of all ages and abilities to swim and play safely.

The facility is divided into specialized zones for different age groups, with an adventure area for older children and separate spaces for toddlers' first water experiences. This thoughtful layout allows whole families to enjoy different activities together based on their ages.
