Malmvik, Manor house in Ekerö Municipality, Sweden
Malmvik estate covers six hectares and contains 35 buildings, with a main manor house situated on Lindö island near Stockholm.
The original wooden main building was constructed in 1633 by Erik von der Linde, followed by additions of wings by his son Lorentz.
The Wallenberg family mausoleum, built in 1912 south of Ekerövägen, serves as the burial site for notable members including André Oscar Wallenberg.
A large red economic building from 1937, formerly used as a granary and mill by Alfa Laval, now operates as Ekerö furniture store.
Two lime trees planted by Erik Larsson in 1618 inspired the name Lindö, with one of these trees surviving until 1999.
