Safari World

Safari World is a large animal park in Bangkok divided into two sections: a safari park where animals roam freely and a marine park featuring aquatic species and entertainment shows. The facility spreads across a wide area, offering visitors different ways to observe and interact with animals.

The park was established in 1988 and introduced Bangkok residents to a combination of drive-through safari and marine animal exhibits for the first time. This facility set a new standard for animal parks in the region.

The park reflects traditional Thai hospitality through dining venues scattered throughout that serve local dishes alongside international options. You experience how visitors from different backgrounds share meals and spaces while exploring the grounds.

The park is easily accessible from Ram Indra Road and sits about 45 minutes from central Bangkok by vehicle. Arriving early in the day helps you see more active animals and avoid peak crowds.

Visitors can feed giraffes at eye level in the Safari Terrace while trained handlers conduct tiger feeding sessions each day. These direct animal interactions become memorable highlights for many guests.
