Janfusun Fancyworld, Amusement park in Gukeng Township, Yunlin County, Taiwan
Janfusun Fancyworld is an amusement park in Gukeng Township, Yunlin County, Taiwan, that covers a wide area with rides, themed zones, and a large observation wheel. The wheel rises 88 meters and offers views over the Chianan Plain from its passenger cabins.
The park opened in 1988 as the first private leisure facility in Taiwan to draw over two million visitors per year. In later decades, the site expanded its offerings with new roller coasters and themed zones.
The entertainment complex incorporates Vicky the Viking character rights for performances, adventure themes, and specialized rides throughout the facility.
Visitors reach the site by train to Douliu Station and transfer to bus routes that run directly to the entrance. Much of the grounds can be explored on foot, though some areas sit on hills with gradual slopes.
One highlight is the Diving Machine G5, a Swiss-engineered coaster that follows a similar design to Oblivion at Alton Towers. The steep drop sends riders nearly vertical and creates a brief moment of weightlessness.
